Higher Pressure Piston Kind Nactural Fuel CNG CZPT (KDW-40/eight)
M-kind and D-kind of natural gasoline compressors are available. The system is composed of natural fuel compressors, explosion-proof engines, cooling programs, lubricating techniques, buffering systems and filtration techniques, an oil separator, PLC manage method and checking system, temperature and force sensors, and so forth.
The cooling technique retains temperature at precise stable level, therefore the lubricating technique procedure is optimized. The program can be modified according to Customer’s request. The program is assembled on a baseplate.
ADEKOM Fuel CNG CZPT can realize filling stations(on line, mom and daughter station) with diverse refuelling techniques. Created for suction pressures from 1 to 50 bar ab muscles with a capacity variety between 80 and 8000 Nm3/h generally at a final pressure of 251 bar ab muscles (on request up to 351 bar abs). The rated powers are from 40kW up to 600kW.
Aside from V-belt driven for the more compact models, direct electric or gas driven compressors with velocity/capacity control and bypass function to attain greatest adaptability and inexpensive operation.
