Product description of electric powered scroll compressor

    Scroll compressor is a compressor with compressible quantity composed of a set involute scroll plate and an eccentric whirling and translational involute scroll plate. The scroll compressor is composed of two dynamic and static vortex disks with two double purpose equation profiles.
    In the operating process of suction, compression and exhaust, the stationary disk is mounted on the body, and the transferring disk is pushed by an eccentric shaft and limited by an anti rotation mechanism, and rotates in a plane with a little radius all around the middle of the base circle of the stationary disk. With the rotation of the eccentric shaft, the gas is gradually compressed in a number of crescent shaped compression cavities shaped by the mixture of the dynamic and static disks, and then continuously sent out by the axial gap of the central part of the static disk.

Examination conditions:
    Suction strain .3MPa (a) / Exhaust strain one.5MPa (a) 
    Superheat ten ºC / Undercooling five ºC
