The edge of CZPT lies in its simplified development. Fewer elements are used. This means a sixty% reduction in principal and wearing components and over 70% fewer pipes and connections. In turn, this greatly minimizes the risk of leakages, creating the program environmentally friendly. Safe direct push operation with out V-belt transmission.
The CZPT CZPT CZPT performs in the pursuing way:
Ambient air is drawn by way of the ingestion filter and the multifunctional handle system into the screw compressor block. This block consists of a pair of screw rotors. The primary rotor, driven by an electrical motor, normally takes the CZPTary rotor with it. The air is drawn in by the rotation of the two of the interlocking rotors and is constantly compressed. For the duration of rotation, coolant is injected into the rotors and forms a hydrostatic film between the main and CZPTary rotors. The function of the coolant is to seal the rotors, lubricate the bearings and adsorb the compression warmth. Ahead of compressed air leaves the compressor ( at 80 ºC approx.) it is separated from the coolant before getting cooled in the aftercooler to approx.. 8ºC to 12ºC earlier mentioned the ambient temperature. The coolant then passes to the thermostatic manage block and filter, just before coming into the cooler in which it is cooled from approx.. 80ºC down to 50ºC. It is then injected again into the screw compressor block.
